These terms govern your use of the Taxi Mint website and taxi enquiry service. By submitting an enquiry, you agree to the terms below.
1. Enquiry, not instant confirmation
Submitting the booking form creates a taxi enquiry. It is not a guaranteed, confirmed booking until our team contacts you to confirm vehicle availability and driver details.
2. Fare estimates
Fares shown are estimates based on the distance between the pickup and drop locations you provide, the selected vehicle, and applicable per-kilometre rates and driver beta. Toll, hill, permit and parking charges are extra and payable at actuals. Final fare may vary with the actual route and waiting time.
3. No online payment
Taxi Mint does not collect any payment on this website. Payment for the trip is handled directly with the driver or our team as agreed during confirmation.
4. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and trip details. Please be reachable on the phone number provided so our team can confirm your ride.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel an enquiry by contacting us at +91 99525 23367. Cancellation terms for confirmed trips will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
