Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we understand. To cancel or modify a booking, please contact the Taxi Mint team as early as possible so we can update or release the cab.

• • Cancellations and changes are handled by our team over call or WhatsApp.
• • Any applicable charges depend on how close to pickup the cancellation is made, and will be clearly communicated to you when you book.
• • Toll, permit and parking are always charged at actuals for completed trips.
