This policy explains how TaxiMint collects, uses and protects the information you share when you use our taxi enquiry service.
Information we collect
When you submit a booking enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, pickup address, trip details (pickup/drop locations, dates, time) and the vehicle you select. We collect this only to process and follow up on your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your details to calculate a fare estimate, contact you to confirm availability, arrange your ride, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Location data
Pickup and drop locations are used to estimate travel distance and fare. Address lookups may use a third-party maps provider to suggest locations.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how our website is used and how well our advertising works. This records the pages you view and a small set of actions — submitting the fare form, completing an enquiry, and tapping a call or WhatsApp button — along with the type of page you were on and where on the page you tapped. We do not send your name, mobile number, email address, pickup address or the content of any message to these services.
How you reached us
When you arrive from a search result, an advertisement or another website, we store the campaign information in that link (such as the Google click identifier and any campaign tags) together with your enquiry. We use it only to see which campaigns produce genuine bookings, including by reporting confirmed bookings back to Google Ads so its reporting is accurate.
Cookies and similar technology
The analytics described above sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits. We also use your browser's own storage to remember how you reached the site during your visit, so your enquiry carries the right campaign information. You can block or delete these at any time in your browser settings; the site continues to work normally without them.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for operational and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your enquiry data by contacting us.
No online payment
We do not collect card, bank or payment information on this website.
