We use your details to calculate a fare estimate, contact you to confirm availability, arrange your ride, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Location data
Pickup and drop locations are used to estimate travel distance and fare. Address lookups may use a third-party maps provider to suggest locations.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for operational and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your enquiry data by contacting us.
No online payment
We do not collect card, bank or payment information on this website.
